T. R. Rose General Contracting has been in the general contracting business for over 40 years. The company was first established in Slidell Louisiana in 1965 and later opened offices in Metairie, La. Picayune, Ms. and Atlanta Ga.

Until 1972 the company built mostly high-end custom homes. After that it became heavily engaged in the construction of over a 1000 new apartments units, schools, commercial buildings and warehouses in Louisiana, Georgia and Florida. The company has also restored 100’s of apartment units and dwellings after fire and storm damage, and has renovated or re-modeled a large number of older buildings to a “like new” condition.

We are professionals in property loss claims and in assisting both the insured and the insurance company to reach a fair agreement.
